Where troubles melt like lemon drops,

high above the chimney tops,
that's where you'll find me.

Happy Birthday to my newest newphew!

What an experience to be apart of. Sarah went to be induced yesterday at 0500, started to Pitocin around 0600 and had a baby at 5:04 pm! Not bad for a first baby I'm told, apparently her labor was rather short and to the point. Bless her heart she was really feeling those contractions and held out for the epidural until she was 5 ish cm dilated.

Anyway, we now have a BIG bundle of joy. Everyone was so overcome with emotion and joy...it's was pretty amazing. I'm so blessed to have had three days off work! I hadn't scheduled myself for time off until next Wednesday!

Colin, mommy and daddy are doing fine though. Sarah is still really sore but that's to be expected after you've just vaginally delivered a 9 pounder.

I just can't believe that Ryan and Sarah are parents now, and that such a handsome boy came out of those tight, cramped quarters! It truly is a miracle.

I'm really sad that Tomato wasn't able to be here. He stayed behind to take care of Zero and is still healing from his surgery. :(

I've been at Ryan and Sarah's dog sitting my lovely dog-neice, Molly. She's such a good girl. I should be leaving here tomorrow before the parents and baby arrive so that they have some alone time. Babies sure bring in everyone you've ever known!

I'll have a better blog update later, I just wanted everyone to know that Mr. Colin made it into this world safe and sound.
